A few useful details

Good to know.
Easy to start.

Is it free? Do I need an API key?

The plugin is free and open source. Its embedded CurrencyRate.Today service does not require an API key.

Does it work in the WordPress block editor?

Yes. Paste the generated shortcode into a Shortcode block in a page or post. The plugin also provides a classic widget; it does not add a dedicated Gutenberg block.

Can I choose the amount and currency list?

Yes. Choose your base currency, set an amount and select the currencies to compare. The table displays that configured amount in each selected currency, in your chosen order. You can also choose full currency names or compact codes.

Can visitors enter their own amounts?

This plugin displays a reference table with the amount you configure. For a calculator visitors can type into, use Currency Converter Calculator. Neither plugin changes checkout prices or the prices written in your content.

Where do the rates and table come from?

The table loads from CurrencyRate.Today in the visitor’s browser and needs that service to be available. Refer to the date inside the table when reviewing the displayed data. Rates are informational, not guaranteed transaction prices. Read the service details and privacy policy.
